A traditional English pub in the heart of rural
Yorkshire, between the famous market towns of Ilkley and Otley, The Black Horse is the perfect place to relax and chat with friends and family. Enjoy superb views of Wharfedale from our comfortable conservatory, or our expansive outdoor patio area. Alternatively, cosy up in one of our snugs, or choose our carvery/function room for those special occasions.

• We offer an excellent selection of fine drinks, including cask conditioned ales.

• Enjoy delicious, freshly home-cooked fine food every day from our extensive menu:
Monday to Saturday 12 noon to 2pm,
Tuesday to Saturday 6pm to 9pm,
Sunday 12 noon to 4pm.

• Our all-you-can-eat SUNDAY CARVERY is still the best in the Wharfe Valley!

• We cater for special occasions and private functions of up to 100 guests at any time of the year. A choice of 3 set menus from £15.50 per person is available upon request.
Buffets and Carvery also available. For a larger paryt you can hire the whole pub including a buffet and a DJ!
